Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel your project before work has begun, you may do so by contacting us within 48 hours of signing the service agreement or making payment. In such cases, we will provide a full refund of any payments made, minus any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration or hosting setup fees, if applicable).
After 48 hours from the initial agreement or payment, cancellation may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Cancellation During Development
If you decide to cancel your project after work has commenced, the following terms apply:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- Any partially completed work will be delivered to you in its current state
- Refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed
- We reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment for administrative and setup costs
To cancel a project in progress, you must provide written notice to us via email or through our contact form. The cancellation will be effective upon our acknowledgment of your request.
Refund Eligibility

Service Not Delivered

If the delivered website significantly fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in your service agreement and we are unable to remedy the issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or credit toward revisions.

Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Third-party services purchased on your behalf (domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, etc.)
- Work that has been completed and accepted by you
- Consultation services that have already been provided
- Custom design concepts and mockups that have been approved
- Any additional services or features requested after the initial agreement
Revision and Modification Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the final product. All our packages include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. If you require additional revisions beyond what is included in your package, additional fees may apply.
Minor modifications and adjustments are typically included in our support period, subject to the terms of your specific package.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, acts of government, or technical failures.
